What is Assenty and how does it help me market my event?
Assenty is the only audience interaction and live polling tool that brings people together online before, during and after your event. With our industry-leading question boards, we make it easy to build an engaged community on social media around your event.

Get audience insights, questions for speakers, helpful feedback and more, before it happens, whether it's an in-person or virtual event.

Each question or poll posted on your question board is easily shared and can be answered and rewarded, creating fresh content to post on social media in the run up to your event.

You "auto-invite previous posters" to my question board?
Yes. If you are on the Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly plan, Assenty will automatically send email invites to any previous posters whenever you create a question board. You will be informed of the number of invites sent when presented with the link to your question board. Users are also notified of your invite in the browser and will receive the invite email based on their email notification settings.

What does the auto-invite feature give me?
The auto-invite feature reduces the amount of time it takes to grow an engaged community around your event. Simply create a question board and we take care of promoting it for you, automatically inviting people to participate in polls, and send in questions for your speakers.

Are payments safe and secure?
For your convenience, safety and security, we never touch your credit card details. The payment processors used on Assenty comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).

Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your Pay Monthly or Pay Yearly subscription at any time. All unused credits will automatically be reset to zero upon cancellation. An active subscription is needed to maintain your monthly or yearly credits (30 and 360, respectively) and to take advantage of our innovative Auto-invitation of Previous Posters feature.

How do I pay for question boards?
A question board costs £8 for a single event. You can either purchase a single credit for One Time Use, or purchase multiple credits by signing up for a monthly or yearly subscription. Do note that your first question board is free.

Can I get a refund?
Sadly, we do not offer refunds. We do offer fastidious customer support. Let us know how we can help, and improve.

Do you provide consulting and marketing support for event organisers?
Yes we do! If you are on a Pay Yearly plan you can take advantage of our consultancy expertise in marketing and promoting your question boards. Get in touch.
